Customize your settings for accepting tips. These settings impact the tipping options on the Place an Order feature and the Vinoshipper Mobile App.

1. Go to the "Account" tab and select "Tip Configuration".
2. Allow your customers the opportunity to show appreciation for the great service provided by your team by enabling tips. Turn the toggle on to enable tips.
3. By default:
   1. The three tip percentage options are set to 15%, 20%, and 25%.
   2. Tips are set to be calculated before taxes.
4. If you would like to change any of these settings, select "Edit".
   1. Adjust the three tip percentage options, if you wish.
   2. Change tips to be calculated after taxes, if you wish.
   3. Save your changes.
5. Your changes are reflected on the "Orders" - "Place an Order" feature and the Vinoshipper Mobile App.
   NOTE: The Place an Order feature may require a browser refresh if the Checkout screen was loaded prior to the tip configuration change.
