The Vinoshipper Point of Sale enables increased access to Vinoshipper's powerful suite of functionality via the iPad or iPhone. You can use the POS almost anywhere – in the tasting room, at an event or at a market. The app syncs with Vinoshipper to ensure that customer information, products, inventory, sales and discounts are updated in real-time. The POS allows your staff to perform the following essential tasks:

  • Place in-person and shipment orders.
  • View and manage customer information, including:
    • Contact info
    • Orders
    • Customer notes
    • Stored credit
    • Credit card
    • Addresses
  • Sign up club members and manage club memberships.


Prerequisites

The POS requires an active, approved Vinoshipper producer account. If you have any questions regarding your Vinoshipper producer account setup, please review our Knowledge Base.


Pricing

The use of the POS is included with your Vinoshipper account.


The price per order (picked up or shipped within your state) is

  • Software fee: 1.85% of the product selling price (not including tax and shipping)
  • Pick up items: $0.15 per item
  • Shipped items: $0.75 per item
  • Credit card processing: 2.9% of the full value of the order including tax and shipping


For orders being sold to states where you have entered our Trademark Partnership, price per order

  • Alcohol items: We pay you 90.25% of the product selling price
  • Non-alcohol items: We pay you 95.25% of the product selling price
  • $0.75 fee per item
