With the Vinoshipper Mobile POS, you can associate a customer to an order prior to order placement by adding a customer to the cart.


Associating a customer to an order has the following benefits:

  • Club member discounts will be automatically applied for identified club members.
  • Upon order placement, Vinoshipper will email an order receipt to the customer's saved email address.
  • After order placement, the order will appear in the customer's order history.

Add guest customer to cart

Guest Customer will appear on the cart by default when the order preference is set to Pick Up.

If you need to return to Guest Customer after adding a different customer to the cart, swipe left on the customer to remove the customer from the cart.


About guest customer

  • It is optional to associate a customer to in-person and pick up orders. Guest Customer can be used for orders where you do not wish to associate a customer.
  • Guest Customer is not valid for shipment orders. All shipment orders must have an associated customer.

Add existing customer to cart

To add an existing customer from your customer list to the cart, please follow these steps:

  1. Search for customer.
  2. On the Customer Details screen, tap Add to Cart.
  3. This customer will replace any existing customer in the cart.

  1. Add new customer.
  2. On the Customer Details screen, tap Add to Cart.
  3. This customer will replace any existing customer in the cart.
