Please follow the instructions below for submitting feedback.

Steps

  1. From the Vinoshipper Mobile POS, navigate to Settings.
  2. Tap Submit Feedback.
  3. Tap Report a bug if something in the app is broken or doesn't work as expected; Suggest an improvement if you would like to tell us about a new idea or desired enhancement for the app; or Ask a question for help, support and other inquiries.
  4. Provide your email address so that we can contact you should we have any questions.
  5. Provide a description. Please be as detailed as possible.
  6. Add attachments, if you wish. You can attach screen recordings, screenshots and/or files from your gallery.
  7. Tap the send button in the top right-hand corner to submit your feedback.
  8. Your feedback is submitted. Thank you!
