Use the Email Receipt option to assign a customer to a guest order from the Order Confirmation. This feature allows you to benefit from the speed of Guest Customer checkout without losing the ability to associate orders to customers. Customers added via the Email Receipt option are synced to Vinoshipper in real-time.


Steps

  1. Place a pickup order from the Vinoshipper Mobile POS using Guest Customer.
  2. On the Order Confirmation, tap Email Receipt.
  3. Enter the customer's name and email address.
  4. Tap Send.
    1. If the email address entered matches an existing customer on your customer list, the order is added to their account.
    2. If the email address entered does not match an existing customer on your customer list, the new customer is added to your customer list.
