Add on-site product (tasting/by the glass)

  1. Navigate to "Products" and click "Product List".
  2. Click "New Product".
  3. From the list of product types, choose "On-Site".
  4. Choose which product type you would like to add.
    • Choose taxable or non-taxable depending on your state laws.
  5. Enter the product details.
    NOTE: Toggle on "Hide on default product catalog" so that a customer cannot purchase this item online.
    It is also recommended that you toggle on "Do not use for minimum order quantity" and "exclude from discounts".
  6. Click "Save".
  7. Once the product has been approved by our team, you will receive an email.


Comp on-site product (tasting/by the glass)

  1. Log in to the mobile POS app using your PIN.
    NOTE: If you are unsure what your PIN is, follow these instructions.
  2. Tap the glass or tasting you would like to comp.
  3. On the modal that appears, tap "Comp" next to the price. This will set the price to $0.00.
  4. Tap "Add to Cart".
  5. Add any other products the customer would like to buy and continue through the checkout process.
