Team member set up

It is recommended to set up a separate team member account per user for security reasons. This also allows sale and enrollment attribution per team member.


Prior to accessing the Vinoshipper Mobile POS app for the first time, the producer account owner will need to perform team member set up in their Vinoshipper account. This will include:

  1. Setting a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for themself – Edit the account owner team member and add or generate a PIN.
  2. (optional) Granting mobile app permission to existing team members and setting PINs for these team members.
  3. (optional) Adding new team members with mobile app permission and setting PINs for these team members.

Create or edit PIN for Mobile POS

  1. Navigate to "Account" and click "Team Members".
  2. In the row of the team member who needs a PIN, click the "more" icon.
  3. Click "Edit".
  4. Type a PIN in the field to choose your own 4 digit PIN or click "Generate" for a random PIN.
  5. The PIN will be displayed. Once you know the PIN, click "Save".


NOTES:

  • There is no limit to how often you can update your PIN.
  • Each team member must have a different PIN.
