SWITCH ORDERS BETWEEN SHIP AND PICK UP


NOTE: As long as the order has not shipped yet, you can do this in your account.

Modify Order from “Ship” to “Pick Up”

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the ORDERS tab and select OPEN SHIPMENTS.
  3. Locate the order and click on the order number.
  4. Click the MODIFY ORDER button.
  5. Select CHANGE SHIPPING.
  6. Under Select Destination, choose CUSTOMER WILL PICK UP and click NEXT.
  7. Choose No Packaging Charge or input the packaging fee you would like to charge. Click NEXT.
  8. If the comparison of the current order to the modified order looks correct, click CHANGE ORDER.
  9. You will see you have a new order number with the letter “A” at the end of it.
    NOTE: If the original order include a tip amount, this amount will be carried forward to the new order.

Modify Order from “Pick Up” to “Ship”

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the ORDERS tab and select OPEN PICKUPS.
  3. Locate the order and click on the order number.
  4. Click the MODIFY ORDER button.
  5. Select EDIT ORDER.
  6. Under Select Destination, choose CHANGE ADDRESS, select the correct address, and click NEXT.
  7. Choose the shipping class, packing fee, and who is paying for the shipping.
  8. If the comparison of the current order to the modified order looks correct, click CHANGE ORDER.
  9. You will see you have a new order number with the letter “A” at the end of it.
    NOTE: If the original order include a tip amount, this amount will be carried forward to the new order.
