Switch orders between ship and pickup

You can switch an order between shipping and pickup any time before it ships.

Change an order from ship to pickup

1. Click Orders > Open Shipments.
2. Find the order and click the order number.
3. Click Modify Order > Change Shipping.
4. Select Customer will pick up, then click Next.
5. Select the packaging fee, then click Next.
6. Compare the current order to the modified order. If it looks right, click Next.
7. Choose how you would like to refund the customer, if applicable, then click Done/Refund.
8. The new order number is the original with an A on the end.

Note: If the original order included a tip, that amount carries forward to the new order.

Change an order from pickup to ship

1. Click Orders > Open Pickups.
2. Find the order and click the order number.
3. Click Modify Order > Edit Order
4. On step 1, choose Ship / Deliver Order. If they have addresses on file, choose Select Address, add a new address or pick an access point.
5. Choose the shipping class, shipping payment, and packaging fee.
6. Review the order details.
7. Compare the current order to the modified order. If it looks right, click Charge.
8. The new order number is the original with an A on the end.

Note: If the original order included a tip, that amount carries forward to the new order.
