The notifications sent to your customers include your logo and contact information to keep customers apprised of their order status, shipping, and club membership. You are able to customize the subject line, headline, greeting, and conclusion.

NOTE: Some emails allow for more customization than others.

Email notifications are sent to customers in the following situations:

New Member Registration:

  1. When a new member registers online from your website, they will be emailed a confirmation of registration.

Order & Club Confirmation:

  1. Order Confirmation: Confirmation of purchase through sales stemming from placing an order through the online store
  2. Club Confirmation
  3. Failed Payment: During the club process, members who have failed credit cards will receive a one-time use link providing them immediate access to their profile so they can quickly update and provide billing & shipping details.
    1. When managing a club release, you can choose to send the following:
      1. Request to update profile information (credit card, shipping, pickup options, etc.)
      2. Notification of upcoming release
      3. Notification of upcoming release and options to customize their orders


  1. Label Printed: When the customer has a UPS MY CHOICE account, and the UPS label is printed, an email is sent to the customer letting them know the package is being processed. If the customer does not have a UPS MY CHOICE account, then this does not happen.
  2. Your Order is On Its Way: When the shipment is scanned by UPS, an email is sent notifying you that the order is on its way and the tracking number is provided.
  3. Day Before the 1st Delivery Attempt - Order is Scheduled for Delivery Tomorrow: A day before the 1st delivery attempt, a reminder that the 1st attempt to deliver is scheduled for tomorrow. The customer can redirect, and change delivery options from that email.
  4. Failed Delivery Attempts: Each time a delivery fails, an email is sent to the email which was in the order.
  5. 3rd and Final Delivery Attempt: This notification provides details as to how the package can be picked up, the time frame in which the recipient has to pick up the package, and it confirms that the package will be returned if it is not picked up.

Club On Demand:

Email notifications are sent to customers when you log in to your account and select to send the email in the following situations:

  1. Club Member Profile Update - BATCH: You can go into each club and select to send a BATCH of personalized emails to all members in that club. It will include an updated link that is unique for each member to use once, allowing them access to their profile to update payment and profile information.
  2. Club Member Profile Update - Individual: Within each club profile, you can select to create a unique link for that member and you can email that link within your own personal email you send.
