Request Stripe Connect

  1. Please complete, sign and email the attached ACH Transaction form to customerservice@vinoshipper.com to request that Stripe Connect is turned on for your account.
  2. Once it is turned on, we will let you know and the Stripe Connect option will appear in your Account under Profile.


Create a Stripe Connect Account

  1. Sign in to your Vinoshipper account, go to ACCOUNT - PROFILE.
  2. Click on Connect with Stripe and follow the process to create your account. Account set up should only take a few minutes.
    NOTE: You will need your bank account details and tax ID to complete the process.


After the Account is Created

  1. Future sales transaction payments will flow directly to you like a regular card processor, about three business days after the order is charged.
  2. The amount paid to you will be the same as normal. Selling prices less fees, paid shipping, and sales tax if applicable.


PayPal Orders

This does not encompass PayPal orders as that is a separate payment process. Those payments will follow the current system of payment for the time being.


Reminders

  1. Email us if you would like to activate Stripe Connect.
  2. Payment reports in your account will be the same, they will just be more frequent.
  3. The Cash Payment option will also be activated at this time.
  4. Once the account is live, new orders will go through the Stripe Connect system.
  5. This does not encompass PayPal Orders as those orders go through a separate payment process and will follow the current system of payment for the time being.
