Self-fulfilling an Order
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to ORDERS - ORDER LIST.
- Select the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
- Select MODIFY ORDER and then CANCEL UPS LABEL (if the label has already been created).
- Select CANCEL ORDER.
- Enter the reason for canceling the order and confirm the order number.
- Click on CANCEL ORDER & PROCESS REFUND.
This will cancel the order and refund the customer. The customer will receive a notification of the cancellation and crediting of their order.
Using a Fulfillment House
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to ORDERS - ORDER LIST.
- Select the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
- Select MODIFY ORDER and then CANCEL ORDER.
- Enter the reason for canceling the order and confirm the order number.
- Click on CANCEL ORDER & PROCESS REFUND.
- An email will be sent to the customer notifying them that their order has been canceled and their payment method was credited.
NOTE: Credits can take a customer’s bank 4-5 business days to post to their account.
NOTE: If the order included a tip, the tip amount will be included in the customer's refund.
