Self-fulfilling an Order

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to ORDERS - ORDER LIST.
  3. Select the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
  4. Select MODIFY ORDER and then CANCEL UPS LABEL (if the label has already been created).
  5. Select CANCEL ORDER.
  6. Enter the reason for canceling the order and confirm the order number.
  7. Click on CANCEL ORDER & PROCESS REFUND.


This will cancel the order and refund the customer. The customer will receive a notification of the cancellation and crediting of their order.


Using a Fulfillment House

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to ORDERS - ORDER LIST.
  3. Select the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
  4. Select MODIFY ORDER and then CANCEL ORDER.
  5. Enter the reason for canceling the order and confirm the order number.
  6. Click on CANCEL ORDER & PROCESS REFUND.
  7. An email will be sent to the customer notifying them that their order has been canceled and their payment method was credited.
    NOTE: Credits can take a customer’s bank 4-5 business days to post to their account.


NOTE: If the order included a tip, the tip amount will be included in the customer's refund.
