If you are running into issues while using the POS please try the following:
- Fully close the app.
If you do not know how to fully close an app on your device please see the relevant articles below to learn how. - Ensure that the app is fully up-to-date with the latest version. If it is not, please update to the newest version and relaunch the app.
If the issue persists please submit a bug report through the app.
