To improve the customer experience, Vinoshipper has implemented a policy of no recalls on orders once the package has been delivered.

Recalling alcohol packages is costly and time-consuming for the consumer. It involves outbound and return shipping charges, and a $20.00 UPS recall fee. Customers are also required to be available at home for package pickup, which is a huge ask of them. Furthermore, reselling recalled alcohol that has been shipped and returned is not permissible, plus you do not want products that could be compromised in the marketplace.

Vinoshipper will no longer recall alcohol packages after delivery. This policy will be effective as of July 1st, 2023.

Packages that have not been delivered can still be recalled.
