Extreme Weather Related Damages

Vinoshipper is committed to providing our producers and customers with the best possible customer experience. As part of this commitment, we replace or refund any orders that are damaged in transit. However, we do not cover damages caused by foreseeable extreme weather conditions.


We define extreme weather as temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If you ship an order to a location with extreme weather conditions, you are responsible for any damage that occurs. Vinoshipper will not replace or refund orders that are damaged due to extreme weather.


If we receive a damage claim due to freezing or excessive heat, we will forward the email to you to resolve it with the customer.
