Producer address

This is the address listed on your tax returns.

  1. Go to "Account" - "Profile".
  2. In the top right corner of your logo and profile information, click the "Edit" (pencil) button.
  3. Scroll down until you locate the section of addresses. Edit your "Producer Address".
  4. Click "Submit" at the very bottom of the page.


Ships from address

This is the address where your product is physically shipped from.

  1. Go to "Account" - "Profile".
  2. In the top right corner of your logo and profile information, click the "Edit" (pencil) button.
  3. Scroll down until you locate the section of addresses
  4. Under "Product Ships From", select "new address", "producer address", or one of the listed fulfillment centers if you are currently working with one of our partnering centers.
  5. Click "Submit" at the very bottom of the page.


Mailing address

  1. Go to "Account" - "Profile".
  2. In the top right corner of your logo and profile information, click the "Edit" (pencil) button.
  3. Scroll down until you locate the section of addresses. Edit your "Mailing Address". If it is the same as your "Producer Address" select the check box.
  4. Click "Submit" at the very bottom of the page.


Display address

This is the address displayed on your provided default catalog page.

  1. Go to "Account" - "Profile".
  2. In the top right corner of your logo and profile information, click the "Edit" (pencil) button.
  3. Scroll down until you locate the section of addresses. Edit your "Display Address". If it is the same as your "Producer Address" select the check box.
  4. Click "Submit" at the very bottom of the page.
