Add on-site product (tasting/by the glass)

  1. Navigate to "Products" and click "Product List".
  2. Click "New Product".
  3. From the list of product types, choose "On-Site".
  4. Choose which product type you would like to add.
    • Choose taxable or non-taxable depending on your state laws.
  5. Enter the product details.
    NOTE: Toggle on "Hide on default product catalog" so that a customer cannot purchase this item online.
    It is also recommended that you toggle on "Do not use for minimum order quantity" and "exclude from discounts".
  6. Click "Save".
  7. Once the product has been approved by our team, you will receive an email.


Comp on-site product (tasting/by the glass) in Place an Order

  1. Within your online account, navigate to "Orders" and click "Place an Order".
  2. Click the glass or tasting you would like to comp. This will add it to the cart on the right.
  3. In the cart, click on the item to edit it.
  4. Click "Comp" next to the price. This will set the price to $0.00.
  5. Click "Save".
  6. Add any other products the customer would like to buy and continue through the checkout process.
