Club manager's selection

A Club Release isn't possible unless you are offering Products. There are two sections to add products: The Club Manager's Selection and Optional Add-On Products.

Club Manager's Selection

The Club Manager's Selection is where you select the products you're offering.

• Use this section if you define all the contents of the order but still allow members to add or change the quantity of each bottle, within the manager’s defined selection.
• Even if you are allowing customers to change their orders, at least one product is required here. You are required to define a release so that there is a default selection in place for members who are happy and choose not to respond.
• Members who do not customize their order will receive the Club Manager's Selection.
  
• Select +Add Product
• Select an item from the list that displays all of your products.
• Enter the bottle quantity for each item. In the example below there are "3 bottles".

If you want to allow customers to change the quantity; you must toggle on Allow Order Customizations. You can also set the Minimum Order Value or Minimum Order Quantity here.

• In each item, you can allow club members to change the quantity.
• The example below shows the minimum number of bottles for this item is 3 and the maximum is 24 bottles.
• If you want to exclude any item from discounts toggle on Exclude From Discount.
• If the price of the item is changed for the release, change the price.

Note: Discounts will be applied at a later time in the release.

When you set a Minimum Order Quantity, the amount of products selected by the manager or the customer must meet this minimum for the order to be placed.
