Club manager's selection

Every club release needs products. You add them in two sections: the Club Manager's Selection and Optional Add-On Products.

Club Manager's Selection

The Club Manager's Selection is the default order for the release. Set it to exactly what you want a membership to receive. Members who do not customize get this selection, and many never do.

• At least one product is required, even if you allow members to customize their order.
• Members who do not customize receive the Club Manager's Selection exactly as you set it.
• Use this section when you want to define the contents of the order but still let members adjust quantities within your selection.

To set the club manager's selection:

1. Click Add Product.
2. Select an item from the list of your products.
3. Enter the bottle quantity for each item.

To let members change quantities, toggle on Allow Order Customizations. You can also set the Minimum Order Value or Minimum Order Quantity here.

Note: These per-item settings appear only when Allow Order Customizations is toggled on.

• Set the minimum and maximum quantity a member can choose for each item.
• To exclude an item from discounts, toggle on Exclude From Discount.
• To change an item's price for this release, enter the new price.

Note: Discounts will be applied at a later time in the release.

When you set a Minimum Order Quantity, the amount of products selected by the manager or the customer must meet this minimum for the order to be placed.
