If you have a club member that would like to change clubs, this can be done quickly and easily within the customer's account.
- Add the customer to the new club – see Add Club Members for instructions on adding club members.
- After adding the customer to the new club, the customer's Clubs tab displays a membership for the original club the customer was a member of and the new club the customer was just added to. The customer's club memberships appear sorted by Member Since date with the membership with the most recent Member Since date appearing at the top of the list.
- Ensure the customer's new club membership displays the same release preference as the original club membership and that the shipping address for the new membership matches the customer's original membership.
- Once the preferences for the new membership are confirmed, remove the customer from the original club by clicking MORE OPTIONS on the original club membership and selecting REMOVE FROM CLUB.
