Schedule UPS pick up

Printing a label doesn’t call a UPS driver. When your orders are packed and ready, request a pickup each time.

Request a pickup

1. Log in to your Vinoshipper account.
2. Click Orders > All Orders.
3. Click Request UPS Pickup.
4. Review the pickup information, then click Request a Pickup Now.

Same-day pickups are available when you submit the request before your local UPS cutoff time.

Find your PRN

After you request a pickup, the blue request button turns yellow and shows the scheduled pickup date. Click it to see who requested the pickup, when it was requested, and the PRN. The PRN is your UPS pickup reference number.

Note: Keep your PRN handy. It's your reference number for this pickup with UPS.

Cancel a pickup

To cancel a pickup, click Cancel Pickup.
