Schedule UPS pick up

1. Go to the "Orders" tab and click "Open Shipments"".
   
2. Click "Request UPS Pickup".
3. Confirm your request for same day pickup, or next day if it is past 11:00am local time.
4. You will be provided with a pickup reference number (PRN) and a date for the pickup. To view this number, click on the now yellow UPS pick up button.
   

Remember:

• The cut-off time for scheduling pickups is generally 11:00 AM. If you request a pickup after 11:00, it will be scheduled for the following day.
• You cannot schedule a pickup on the weekend or holidays.
• If UPS does not pick up, call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and notify them about the missed pickup. Provide them with the PRN number.
• You can call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and customize your pickup times.
• If you have more than 10 packages, call UPS to let them know the number of packages, using the PRN reference number when calling.
• Always make a note of the PRN number.

To cancel a pickup, click CANCEL PICKUP
