1. Go to CLUBS and select CLUB LIST.
  2. Click + NEW CLUB.
  3. Enter the Club Name and Club Description, click CONTINUE.
  4. (Optional) Add discount(s) that will automatically apply for club members that make purchases beyond club releases (e.g. using the shopping cart).
    1. To add a discount, click the ACTIONS button.
    2. Select NEW DISCOUNT.
    3. Fill in the necessary information and click SAVE.
  5. (Optional) Adjust the following settings on the club's SETTINGS tab:
    1. Private: Private clubs are not available for the general public to join.
    2. Pick Up Only: If toggled on, the club will support pickup memberships only.
NOTE: This option is only available for producers that support pickup orders.
    3. Require Shipping Address of Pick Up Members: If toggled on, the Club Sign Up Form will require a shipping address for pickup memberships. Producers may use this address to ship orders to members that do not pick up their club releases.
NOTE: This option is only available for producers that support pickup orders.
    4. Allow Gift Memberships on Club Sign Up Form: If toggled on, the Club Sign Up Form will allow customers to gift club memberships.
NOTE: Gifting is supported in version 4 or later of the Club Sign Up Form. See Integration Resourcesfor more details.
      1. If gifting is enabled, you can configure the Gift Options that appear on the Club Sign Up Form.
        1. By default, only the 'Ongoing Membership' gift option will be selected. This option will allow customers to gift a membership indefinitely until they request to cancel.
        2. Alternatively, or in addition to the 'Ongoing Membership' option, you can choose to display gift options that are limited to a specific number of releases.
For example, if you wanted to offer a year-long membership to a club that releases quarterly, you could select 4 Releases.
Once the gift recipient receives 4 club release orders through the membership they were gifted, their membership will expire and they will automatically be removed from the club.

Basic Club Details

  • Public Clubs: Most clubs are open to the public to join. Unless you specify the club as Private, it will be public.
  • Private Clubs: This type of club is not available for the general public to join. The administrator of the club must add and delete members. A private club can be used for friends, family, investors, VIPs, or any group for whom you give a special discount.
  • Member Benefits: These are the benefits the members get if they purchase outside of the regular club releases through the shopping cart.

NOTE: Benefits do not carry automatically to Club Releases, are not affected by club membership holds, and are not passed on to gift recipients.
