Preparing club shipments before the ship date

When the club release is created, the ship date is set. As orders are processed, the shipping labels can be printed on or after that ship date. This is designed so shipments do not get sent early.

In order to prepare your club release prior to the ship date, please do the following.\

1. Choose All Orders.
2. Select Club and choose a specific club or "Any Club". Then select Shipments.
   
   1. Click on the small black check-box and choose "Select All" and all the orders, up to 50 at a time, will be selected. 
3. Select ACTIONS and then SAVE.
   
4. Repeat until all dates are changed.
   Reminder: Only 50 orders can be changed at a time.
