Contact all Club Members

Follow these steps if you would like to send an email to all members showing them their current details and asking them to confirm. This is a good way to confirm their credit card details and shipping address.
NOTE: For gift memberships, this email is sent to the gift giver.

  1. To ask all club members to verify their information, go to CLUBS - CLUB LIST.
  2. Click the name of the club whose members’ details you would like to verify.
  3. Click ACTIONS.
  4. Select PROFILE UPDATE EMAIL.
  5.  This email can be partially customized (subject, greeting conclusion). If you want to go back to the standard email, click the red REVERT button at the bottom.
  6. Once you are happy with the email, click SEND EMAIL.


Contact Individual Club Member

  1. Go to CUSTOMERS - CUSTOMER LIST.
  2. Use the search bar to find the customer and click the customer's name.
  3. Select the CLUBS tab.
  4. Find the club membership whose information you would like to verify and click the more button â‹®
  5. Click CREATE PROFILE UPDATE LINK.
  6. Click CREATE LINK. This generates a one-time use link for your customer to update their billing or shipping preferences for this club membership.
  7. Copy the link and email it to the customer.
    NOTE: For gift memberships, you should only provide this link to the gift giver.
  8. The customer is then able to update their information.



Customer Updates Information

  • The customer receives a notification email with a link for them to update their information.
  • When they do update, you are notified and the "problem" order is moved to the unpaid category, ready for you to charge the card again.
  • You also have an option to send an update email to all club members a few days prior to running a release providing them the opportunity to update their credit card and shipping address information.
