The Vinoshipper Point of Sale enables increased access to Vinoshipper's powerful suite of functionality via the iPad or iPhone. You can use the POS almost anywhere – in the tasting room, at an event or at a market. The app syncs with Vinoshipper to ensure that customer information, products, inventory, sales and discounts are updated in real-time. The POS allows your staff to perform the following essential tasks:
- Place in-person and shipment orders.
- Order Management
- Review, cancel orders
- Manage Pickups
- View and manage customer information, including:
- Contact info
- Customer notes
- Stored credit
- Credit card
- Addresses
- Sign up club members and manage club memberships.
Prerequisites
The POS requires an active, approved Vinoshipper producer account. If you have any questions regarding your Vinoshipper producer account setup, please review our Knowledge Base.
Pricing
The use of the POS is included with your Vinoshipper account.
Onsite POS Transactions: This applies when you are processing on-site orders through the Vinoshipper POS.
- Software fee: 1.25% + 10c per item
- Payment processing: 2.9%
Producer Licensed Transactions: This applies to e-commerce, club, and shipping transactions made under your winery license.
- Software fee: 1.85% + per item fee
- Shipped per item fee: $0.75
- Pickup per item fee: $0.15
- Payment processing: 2.9%
Trademark License Agreement Transactions: This applies when you are contracting with Vinoshipper to expand direct-to-consumer sales into states where you do not hold a DTC license.
- Alcohol items: We pay you 90.25% of the product selling price
- Non-alcohol items: We pay you 95.25% of the product selling price
- Per-item fee: $0.75 per item
Compatibility
The POS requires iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or later.
Connectivity
The POS requires an internet connection at all times.
Languages
The POS supports the English language.
