Team member set up

Note: It is recommended to set up a separate team member account per user for security reasons. This also allows sale and enrollment attribution per team member.


Prior to accessing the POS for the first time, the account owner will need to set up team members in their Vinoshipper account. This will include:

  1. Setting a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for themself – Edit the account owner team member and add or generate a PIN.
  2. (optional) Granting mobile app permission to existing team members and setting PINs for these team members.
  3. (optional) Adding new team members with mobile app permission and setting PINs for these team members.

Create or edit PIN for POS

  1. Navigate to Account > Team Members.
  2. In the row of the team member who needs a PIN, click the "more" icon.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Type a PIN in the field to choose your own 4 digit PIN or click Generate for a random PIN.
  5. The PIN will be displayed. Once you know the PIN, click Save.


Notes:

  • There is no limit to how often you can update your PIN.
  • Each team member must have a different PIN.
