After you have charged your orders in your club release you may notice the PROBLEM section filling up with orders.


There are different reasons why orders will populate into this section, compliance issues, credit card not authorized, etc.


What is the Cause?

To view more information on why the order did not process through, you can hover over the alert icon.

Examples:

Reprocess the Order

Once you have resolved the issue with an order in the problem area hit CLEAR PROBLEM to have that order move into the unpaid area of the club release.

After the problem has been cleared, you will be able to reprocess the order.
