To ship items that were missing, faulty, or incorrect in the original order, we ask that you create a new order for the products and override the price to $0. This will create the correct UPS label for the number of items you are shipping. 

Important: When you ring up the new order, please write in the Winery Notes section - "REPLACEMENT ORDER FOR PRODUCTS in  #(order number)".


When our compliance team sees an order for $0, they will know what it was for and they won't have to contact you. For compliance reasons, we track all orders that have a $0 value.


Place a new order

  1. Log into your Vinoshipper account.
  2. Go to "Customers" and click "Customer List".
  3. Search for the customer and click "Place Order" next to their name.
  4. Using the Place an Order feature, select the replacement/missing item. 
  5. Click on the item in the cart, change the price to $0, and click save.
  6. Click "Adjust Discount".
  7. Under Shipping Discount, select "Free Shipping".
  8. Under Packaging Fee, select "Custom Packaging Fee" and set it to $0. This ensures the customer will not get charged for anything.
  9. Click "Checkout".
  10. Choose the customer's shipping address and click "Continue".
  11. Add a winery note that says "REPLACEMENT ORDER FOR PRODUCTS IN #(order number)". If this note is not added, our compliance team will contact you regarding a low cost order. 
  12. Confirm the total is $0.00.
  13. Click "Charge".


NOTES

  • If this order is in Colorado - there will be a retail tax amount that you will not be able to zero out. You will need to add a stored credit for the amount in the customers account in order to have the order go through. 
  • If this order is in California - there will be a CRV fee that you will not be able to zero out. You will need to add stored credit for the amount in the customer's account.
