1. In the top navigation, choose ORDERS - OPEN ORDERS.
  2. Locate the order from the list and open it.
    If a UPS label has already been created: click MODIFY ORDER in the top right corner and then click CANCEL UPS LABEL.
  3. Click MODIFY ORDER, then choose CHANGE SHIPPING.
  4. Choose KEEP CURRENT ADDRESS (or change if necessary), then click Next...
  5. Select the shipping class and add any packaging fee, if needed.
  6. Under Shipping Payment, choose WINERY PAYS SHIPPING. Click Next...
  7. Double check all of the changes and the refund amount.
  8. Confirm the changes by click Refund $[dollar amount].
