- In the top navigation, choose ORDERS - OPEN ORDERS.
- Locate the order from the list and open it.
If a UPS label has already been created: click MODIFY ORDER in the top right corner and then click CANCEL UPS LABEL.
- Click MODIFY ORDER, then choose CHANGE SHIPPING.
- Choose KEEP CURRENT ADDRESS (or change if necessary), then click Next...
- Select the shipping class and add any packaging fee, if needed.
- Under Shipping Payment, choose WINERY PAYS SHIPPING. Click Next...
- Double check all of the changes and the refund amount.
- Confirm the changes by click Refund $[dollar amount].
