Switching to Vinoshipper is simple, structured, and fully supported by our in-house team. We’ve helped hundreds of wineries transition from other winery and non-winery (Shopify, Square, Wix) platforms.
Our focus is minimizing downtime, avoiding third-party handoffs, and ensuring your customers, clubs, and billing continue without disruption.

Overview
Our goal is to get you fully operational on Vinoshipper, products, customers, clubs, and payments, without interruption to your business. We handle the data import and setup, so you can focus on what matters: your customers and your business.
What Vinoshipper can import
We handle the heavy lifting so you don’t have to rebuild your business from scratch.
- Products
Your full catalog, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and images. - Customers & club members
Customer profiles and club memberships, preserving names, contact information, membership status, notes, tags, and available lifetime value data. - Credit cards on file
Secure migration of stored customer cards through your existing processor to keep recurring billing uninterrupted. - Order history
Up to three years of historical orders, enabling reporting, customer insights, and analytics from day one.
If you’re migrating from another POS, club, or e-commerce platform, we’ve done this before and can guide the process end-to-end.
How the migration works (simple sequence)
Most wineries can complete migration in 2–6 weeks, depending on data volume and card transfer timing.
The process follows a clear order:
Create your Vinoshipper account.
Complete agreements and account approval.
Submit import templates.
Transfer stored credit cards.
Download and test the POS.
Go live.
Our onboarding team confirms readiness at each step before moving forward.
Step 1: Create your Vinoshipper account
- Migration begins with account creation. Create your account here: https://vinoshipper.com/get-started
- Once submitted, our compliance team reviews your information and sends the required agreements.
- Data can begin being imported once your account is approved.
Step 2: Complete agreements & account approval
- To ensure compliance, the Vinoshipper agreements must be completed before migration begins. Our compliance team will guide you through each step and is available to answer questions along the way.
- Once approved, your account is fully enabled so we can securely import data, process transactions, and prepare everything for a smooth launch.
Step 3: Submit import templates
You complete the templates; we validate and upload the data.
