Prior to connecting your reader to another device, it will need to be fully disconnected from any previous device using the Vinoshipper Mobile POS app.

Please follow the instructions below to disconnect the reader from a device.


Steps

  1. From the Vinoshipper Mobile POS, navigate to Settings.
  2. The card reader appears on the Settings screen with a Connected status.
  3. Tap the card reader's serial number on the Settings screen to view more details.
  4. Tap Disconnect.
  5. Tap Disconnect to confirm.
  6. You are returned to the Settings screen which no longer displays a connected card reader.
