How does stored credit work?

  • Stored credit is automatically applied as a payment on order(s) placed by the customer or applied to any order placed by the producer (including club release orders). Stored credit can be used to pay for any types of products, shipping, packaging, taxes, tips, etc.
    • If the customer's stored credit account balance does not cover the entire order total, an additional payment method is required.
  • Upon successful order placement of an order using a stored credit payment, the credit used is deducted from the customer's stored credit account balance. Order placement will not allow a customer's stored credit balance to go negative.
  • Stored credit payments are deducted from Vinoshipper's payment to you.
