2. Strategize early

Start planning for your next club release at least three weeks in advance.

  • Week 1: Check inventory levels and packaging materials
Ensure you have the product and materials on hand to have a successful and seamless club release.
  • Week 2: Manage address and payment changes
Send all club members the profile update email to make sure they all have the most up to date delivery address and payment information.
  • Week 3: Final checks and payment processing
Review all preparations, make any necessary edits, then process payments.
  • Constantly include the date the club release will be processed.

3. Process payments on a Friday and send out orders on Tuesday

Members often don't respond to communications until a transaction is processed. If you process payments on a Friday, this gives the club manager time to address any last-minute updates.

4. Proactively track shipments

Keep an eye o.n deliveries via the "All Orders" page. Connect with customers before a package return is initiated to ensure a high level of successful deliveries

5. Follow up with marketing

After running a successful release, keep in contact with the customers by sending out a marketing email about the items included in the release, a guided tasting, pairings/recipes, or any events and news you have to share. Add in a call to action to entice re-orders.
