Connecting to RedChirp

Vinoshipper integrates with RedChirp, a text messaging and customer communication platform built for wineries and beverage producers. To use this integration, you will need an active RedChirp account. The integration is managed by RedChirp. To learn more or get started, visit redchirp.com/vinoshipper-integration.

Setting up the integration

Setup requires generating an API key in Vinoshipper and submitting it to RedChirp through their secure form. There are no additional fees from Vinoshipper to activate this integration.

Step 1: Create a Vinoshipper API key

1. Log into your Vinoshipper account.
2. Go to Account > Integrations.
3. Select API Keys.
4. Click Create New Key and copy the key that is generated.

Important: Copy your API key immediately after generating it. The full key is only displayed once and cannot be retrieved after you leave the page. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new one.

Step 2: Submit your API key to RedChirp securely

Do not share your API key by email or any other unsecured channel. API keys grant access to your account data and should only be submitted through a secure form.

Step 3: RedChirp completes the setup

After you submit your key, the RedChirp team will connect the integration, verify that data is syncing correctly, and email you to confirm setup is complete.
