State Tax Reports

For producers that hold their own State Alcohol Licenses, there are a wide variety of state-specific tax and compliance reports that are available within your online Vinoshipper account.  These reports can be valuable resources for the complete and accurate preparation of Sales Tax Returns, Excise Tax Returns, Direct Shipper Reports, etc.  

Accessing these reports is simple.  Just follow the steps outlined below:

1. Login to your online Vinoshipper account
2. Click on the Reports drop-down menu
3. Click on State Tax Reports
4. In the "State" box click on the Select a State drop-down menu
5. Select the desired State to display a list of available reports
6. Click the blue Generate Report button to the right of the desired report
7. Enter the Start Date and End Date of the desired period of time
8. Once again click on blue Generate Report button in the bottom-right portion of the screen
9. Click on the PDF or XLS hyperlink to launch the generated report

Note: All previously generated reports are accessible without regenerating.  However, if you believe that the underlying data has changed you can re-generate them by following the steps listed above.  Also, you can delete any previously generated report that are no longer needed by clicking on the RED trash-can icon displayed to the right of the reports hyperlink.
