POS tip settings

Customize your settings for accepting tips. These settings impact the tipping options on the POS and Place an Order feature.

1. Sign in to your online account and go to Account > POS Settings.
2. Click on the Tips tab.
3. Turn the toggle on to Enable Tips.
4. Defaults:
   • The three tip percentage options are set to 15%, 20%, and 25%.
   • Tips are set to be calculated before taxes.
5. If you would like to change any of these settings, select the Edit icon.
   1. Adjust the three tip percentage options.
   2. Change tips to be calculated after taxes.
   3. Save your changes.
6. Your changes are reflected on the POS and Place an Order feature.

Note: To see the changes in Place an Order, you may need to refresh your browser.
