
MANAGE DEVICES
Devices are registered to your account via the Vinoshipper mobile application.
Each device has a device location. Device location can be set within the mobile app:
- During device registration
- From the Cart - More Options menu
- From Settings

Managing Devices
Viewing Registered Devices
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- All of the devices currently registered to your Vinoshipper producer account appear on the DEVICES tab. The list of devices can be sorted by the following:
- Registered On
- Device Name
- Last Used
Deleting a Device
Deleting a device revokes the device's registration to your Vinoshipper producer account. When a device is deleted, team members will no longer be able to use the Vinoshipper Mobile App on that device. If a team member wishes to continue to use the Vinoshipper Mobile App on that device, they will need to have their device re-registered.
To delete a device:
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Find the device you wish to delete and click MORE OPTIONS.
- Select DELETE.
- The device is deleted from your account. Team members are no longer able to use the Vinoshipper Mobile App on that device.
Managing Device Locations
Viewing Device Locations
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- All of your active locations appear. The list of locations can be filtered by the following:
- Active
- Deactivated
Adding a Device Location
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- Ensure your filter is set to see active locations.
- Select ADD NEW LOCATION.
- Provide a unique Location Name for the location.
- Add a phone number and address information.
- Select ADD LOCATION.
- Suggested address changes are displayed. You can choose to use the address as entered or use the suggestion.
NOTE: We suggest using an address with a 9-digit zip code so that tax calculations are precise. - The new location is added.
Editing a Device Location
NOTE: Locations should only be edited for small updates like fixing typos. If you need to add a different address, we suggest adding a new location.
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- Select MORE OPTIONS on the location you would like to edit.
- Select EDIT LOCATION.
- Make the necessary changes to the location.
- Select UPDATE LOCATION.
- Suggested address changes are displayed. You can choose to use the address as entered or use the suggestion.
NOTE: We suggest using an address with a 9-digit zip code so that tax calculations are precise. - The location is updated.
Deactivating a Device Location
NOTE: Locations with linked devices cannot be deactivated. You can view which devices are linked to a location on the DEVICES tab.
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- Select MORE OPTIONS on the location you would like to deactivate.
- Select DEACTIVATE LOCATION.
- Confirm you would like to deactivate this location by selecting DEACTIVATE LOCATION again.
- The location is deactivated.
NOTE: You will need to change your filter to Deactivated if you wish to view this location again in the future.
Reactivating a Device Location
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- Set your filter to view DEACTIVATED locations.
- Select MORE OPTIONS on the location you would like to reactivate.
- Select ACTIVATE LOCATION.
- The location is reactivated.
NOTE: You will need to change your filter to Active to view this location.
Deleting a Device Location
NOTE: Locations with sales attributed cannot be deleted due to reporting needs.
To delete a device location:
- Sign in to vinoshipper.com and go to the ACCOUNT menu.
- Select DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
- Select the LOCATIONS tab.
- Set your filter to view DEACTIVATED locations.
- Find the device you wish to delete and click MORE OPTIONS.
- Select REMOVE LOCATION.
- Confirm you would like to delete this location by selecting REMOVE LOCATION again.
- The device location is deleted from your account. Team members are no longer able to select this location on the Vinoshipper Mobile App.
