Commerce7 to Vinoshipper Migration: Pulling Reports

Products

  1. Within Commerce7, select Store > Products
  2. Remove all filters. 
  3. Select Actions > Export Products
  4. An email will be sent with a download link. Download the .csv file from your email.

Customers 

  1. Within Commerce7, select CRM > Customers.
  2. Select Actions > Export Customers
  3. Check the box to Include Default Address
  4. When the file is ready, you will receive an email to download the .csv file. 

Customer botes 

  1. Within Commerce7, select CRM > Notes & Tasks
  2. Select Actions > Export Notes & Tasks

Club memberships 

  1. Within Commerce7, select Club > Memberships
  2. Remove all filters. 
  3. Select Actions > Export Club Memberships
  4. Check the box to Expand Membership Select Items
  5. Select Export
  6. When the file is ready, download the .csv file from your email. 

Order history 

  1. Within Commerce7, select Store > Orders
  2. Filter by Order Paid Date greater than or equal to three years in the past. 
  3. Select Actions > Export Orders
  4. Select Order Detail
  5. Click Export Orders
  6. When the file is ready, download the .csv file from your email. 

Note: Commerce7 users with Owner Admin privileges can also locate these downloads under Bulk Actions settings.
