1. In the top navigation, click Customers.
  2. From the dropdown, choose Add Customer if they are new or click Customer List if they are an existing customer.
  3. When adding a new customer - enter the customer's email address and information. Click CONTINUE. If the email address is already associated with an existing customer on your Customer List, click the link to update the existing customer.
    NOTE: For gift memberships, the club membership should be added to the gift giver's customer account.

 

Add Club Membership

  1. Go to the customer's CLUBS tab.
  2. Click ADD TO CLUB.
  3. Select the club you would like to add a membership for.
  4. (Optional) If you are adding a gift membership, toggle on the 'This is a gift' switch. The flow will update to indicate that this is a gift membership that the customer is gifting to a gift recipient.
    REMEMBER: For gift memberships, the club membership should be added to the gift giver's customer account.
  5. Click NEXT.
  6. If gift membership:
    1. Enter the gift recipient's information. Click NEXT.
    2. Set expiration for the gift. Click NEXT.
      1. If the customer would like to gift the membership indefinitely until they request to cancel, select Ongoing.
      2. If the customer would like to gift the membership for a specific number of releases, specify the number of releases remaining. Once the gift recipient receives this number of club release orders through the membership they were gifted, their membership will expire and they will automatically be removed from the club.
  7. Set the release preference (whether they would like to pick up their club orders or have them shipped) and the shipping address they would like to use for this club membership.
    NOTE: Shipping address is requested even if the member would like to pick up their club orders. If a shipping address is supplied, it can be used if you want to ship an order that they are unable to pick up.
  8. (Optional) If you do not want to send a welcome email to the club member, turn off the 'Send welcome email to buyer' switch.
    NOTE: For gift memberships, if you choose to send this email, it is sent to the gift giver. The gift recipient is not sent a Club Welcome email – it is the gift giver's responsibility to notify the recipient of the gift.
  9. Click ADD TO CLUB.
  10. The membership is added and appears on the customer's CLUBS tab. If the customer has multiple club memberships, the memberships appear sorted by Member Since date with the membership with the most recent Member Since date appearing at the top of the list.
  11. Go to the PROFILE & CREDIT CARD tab and enter the member’s credit card information.
