The Store Dashboard gives you sales data and insights broken down by Store, so you can see where you're doing well and where you have room to improve.
On this page
- Open the Store Dashboard
- Filter by Store
- Filter by date
- Filter by product category
- Order Count, Net Product, and Tips
- Net Product

- Resync the dashboard's data
Open the Store Dashboard
- Go to Reports > Store Dashboard.
- If you haven't set up additional Stores yet, the dashboard still works, it just shows all your data under "Store 1." See Stores for how to add more.
Filter by Store
Use the Store selector to narrow the dashboard to one Store, or a few, so you can compare performance or look at a single one on its own.
Filter by date
The dashboard opens to the past 7 days by default. Use the date selector to choose a different preset range, or set a custom start and end date.
Filter by product category
The dashboard shows all product categories by default. Narrow it to a specific category, for example by the glass or clothing, to see how that category alone is performing across every section of the dashboard.
Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see:
- Order Count: The number of valid orders in your selected Store(s), date range, and category
- Net Product: The total Net Product across those orders
- Average Net Product: Net Product divided by Order Count
- Tips: Total tips collected across those orders
Net Product
A graph of Net Product across your selected date range, so you can see your sales trend at a glance. The graph groups by day, month, or year depending on how wide a range you've selected.
Net Product by ship method
A breakdown of Net Product by shipping method, for example pickup, local delivery, and UPS Ground, so you can see which shipping methods orders use.
Net Product by team member
A chart and table showing performance by team member for your selected Store(s), date range, and category. Orders not tied to a specific team member appear under "Unassigned."
- Team Member: The staff member the sale is attributed to
- Order Count: Number of orders for that team member
- Net Product: Total Net Product across their orders
- Average Net Product: Net Product divided by Order Count
Only team members with at least one order in the selected period appear in the table. A Total row at the bottom sums Order Count and Net Product, and shows the overall Average Net Product.
Tips
A table of tips by team member, alongside a timeline showing tips by hour across your selected date range.
Note: The product category filter doesn't apply to tips, since a tip isn't tied to a specific product.
Net Product by season
A breakdown of Net Product by season, based on the date range you've selected. If you look at a wider range, for example the full calendar year, you'll see the split across all four seasons.
Products
A table of every product sold in your selected Store(s), date range, and category, sorted by units sold.
- Category: The product's category
- Product: Product name
- Units Sold: Total units sold in the period
- Average Price: Average price per unit sold, after discount
Sales by hour
A breakdown of sales by hour of day, plus a heat map view across days and times, so you can see when you're actually busiest. This is useful for staffing, for example if you notice Fridays at 3pm consistently drive the most tasting room sales, you know to schedule more staff for that window.
Resync the dashboard's data
The Store Dashboard doesn't update in real time. If you've just placed an order, changed a Store assignment, or made another change you expect to see reflected, resync the dashboard's data to pull the latest numbers.
