Setting up thermal printer

Note: Vinoshipper supports Zebra model 4x6 thermal printers and specific Bixolon 4x6 thermal models. For a list see here.

Set up thermal printer

1. Install QZ Tray 2.2.x
   QZ supports Windows, Mac & Linux. Make sure you get version 2.2.xClick here to DOWNLOAD QZ Tray 2.2.x
2. Open QZ Tray.
   • If QZ Tray isn’t open, you’ll get a prompt from your browser asking to open it. Confirm that it can open QZ Tray.
     
3. Let us talk to your printer.
   • You will see a prompt asking if Vinoshipper can talk to your printer when creating a label for an order inside your Vinoshipper account.
   • Make sure the box that says "Remember this decision & approve" is checked to never see this dialogue box again.
     

1. Click "Connect to Printer".
2. Print a test label.
3. Once you have printed the test label, please contact CustomerService@Vinoshipper.com and we will finalize the setup for the thermal printer.
