Batch order printing

Print Open Pick Ups

Print packing slips for all open orders that your customers will pick up.

1. Go to Orders > Open Pickups.
2. To print packing slips for all open pickups, proceed without selecting any orders. To print slips for specific orders only, select those orders first.
3. Click Print Labels.
4. Confirm the number of packing slips, then click Create Packing Slips.
5. Once the print is complete, click Packing Slips to download all the slips.

Print Open Deliveries

Print labels for all open local delivery orders.

1. Go to Orders > All Orders.
2. Set the Order Status filter to Open.
3. Set the Hold Status filter to Not on Hold.
4. Set the Delivery Type filter to Local Deliveries.
5. To print packing slips for all open deliveries, proceed without selecting any orders.
   To print slips for specific orders only, select those orders first.
6. Click Print Labels.
7. Choose the Output Format and Label Size.
8. Click Create Shipping Labels.
9. Once the print is complete, click Packing Slips to download all the slips.

Print Open UPS Shipments

Print labels for the first 50 open orders that will be shipped by UPS.

1. Go to Orders > Open Shipments.
2. To print packing slips & shipping labels for all open shipments, proceed without selecting any orders.
   To print slips & shipping labels for specific orders only, select those orders first.
3. Click Print Labels.
4. Choose the Output Format and Label Size.
5. Click Create Shipping Labels.
6. Once the print is complete,
   1. If you selected Collated, click Shipping Labels to download all the packing slips and shipping labels.
   2. If you selected Separate PDFs, click Packing Slips and Shipping Labels to download the respective documents.

View previous label batches

1. Go to Orders > All Orders.
2. Click Label Batches in the left navigation bar.
3. Download the batch of labels using the file button on the left.
4. View a report of all orders included in the batch using the Excel file button on the left.
