Contact customer (iPhone only)

You can use the POS to initiate contact with a customer on your customer list. This functionality is available via iPhone only.


Call customer

  1. Search for customer.
  2. On the Customer Details screen, tap Call.
  3. Tap Call action to confirm you would like to initiate a phone call with this customer. Alternatively, tap Cancel if you do not wish to initiate a phone call.


Email customer

  1. Search for customer.
  2. On the Customer Details screen, tap Email.
  3. A draft email will open addressed to the customer in your default email application.
