If your customer would like to have their order shipped, you will need to provide shipping details for the order upon checkout. Please follow the instructions below for providing shipping details.

Select shipping address

The shipping address on Checkout defaults to the customer's default shipping address, if available. If you would like to change the shipping address for the order:

  1. On the Checkout screen, tap the order destination.
  2. Tap the desired shipping address if it appears on the customer's address list. If the desired shipping address does not appear on the list, tap Add Address to add a new address.
  3. The selected shipping address appears on the Checkout screen. The shipping cost and order totals are updated, if necessary, to reflect the cost to ship to the specified address.

Change shipping class

The shipping class on Checkout defaults to the lowest cost shipping class option available. If you would like to change the shipping class for the order:

  1. On the Checkout screen, tap the shipping class.
  2. Tap the desired shipping class.
  3. The selected shipping class appears on the Checkout screen. The shipping cost and order totals are updated to reflect the cost of the selected shipping class.

Change shipping cost

To change the shipping cost for the order:

  1. On the Checkout screen, tap the shipping cost.
  2. Enter the new shipping cost.
  3. Tap Done.
  4. The Checkout screen is updated to reflect the new shipping cost for the order. If the new shipping cost is less than the original shipping cost, the original shipping cost appears as a strike-through shipping cost on the Checkout screen.

If you have adjusted the shipping cost and want to revert back to the original shipping cost:

  1. On the Checkout screen, swipe left on the shipping cost to reset it to the original shipping cost.
  2. The Checkout screen is updated to reflect the original shipping cost for the order.

Change packaging fee

To change the packaging fee for the order:

  1. On the Checkout screen, tap the packaging fee.
  2. Enter the new packaging fee.
  3. Tap Done.
  4. The Checkout screen is updated to reflect the new packaging fee for the order.

If you have adjusted the packaging fee and want to revert back to the original packaging fee:

  1. On the Checkout screen, swipe left on the packaging fee to reset it to original packaging fee.
  2. The Checkout screen is updated to reflect the original packaging fee for the order.
