Tracking inventory movement 

To track inventory movement for Tasting Room pours, samples, spoilage and more, adjust the product's inventory and select a reason for the adjustment. This can also be used to set your initial inventory in Vinoshipper. You can then run the Product Inventory Report to view all adjustments made, including the team member responsible. 

Adjust the inventory

1. Go to Products and select Product List.
2. Click edit on the inventory field of the product.
3. Adjust the inventory and select the Reason; i.e. Pours, Samples, Damages, Spoilage and etc.
4. Optional: add a note.
5. Click Save.

Product Inventory Report

1. Enter a Start Date and End Date for your report.
2. Download the report.
3. You can view the Summary tab and Detail tab, to see all relevant information.
