Customer Tags

Tags allow you to create custom labels for your customers, making it easy to segment and filter your customer list. Tags sync automatically with Klaviyo and Mailchimp, so your email marketing segments stay up to date without any extra work. Tags are able to be viewed and managed on the POS, though they must be created on the web platform. 

Add a tag to a customer

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Search to find an existing customer.
  3. Directly under their name, click Add Tag (if they have no existing tags) or click on the tag(if they already have tags).

  4. Search for an existing tag and click it to add it to the profile.
    Note: To create new tags, please refer to our Platform Guide Customer tags

Remove a tag from a customer

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Search to find an existing customer.
  3. Click on the tag to open the Customer Tags modal.
  4. Click on the desired tag to uncheck the tag and remove it from the customer's profile.
