Customer tags

Modified on Thu, 13 Aug at 4:23 PM

Tags are custom labels for your customers, so you can segment and filter your customer list however you need. They sync automatically with Klaviyo and Mailchimp, so your email segments stay current without extra work. Tags work on the web platform and POS.

  3. Add the tag name. This shows on the customer list and profile.
