- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the "Orders" tab in the top navigation and click on "All Orders". This will take you to the "Order List" page.
Process a single order
- Locate the order that you would like to process on the Order List page. Use the filter and sort options to quickly find the order.
- Once located, click on the order number to view a detailed page of that order.
Packing slip
You can print the packing slip from the "Orders List" or "Order Detail" page. The packing slip should be placed inside the box to be shipped with the products.
- From the Orders List page, click the packing slip icon to the right of the order number.
- From the Order Detail page, click the "Packing Slip" button at the top of the page.
- Clicking the icon or link will open the packing slip as a PDF in a new tab.
- Print the packing slip and place it inside the box to be shipped with the products.
- The packing slip has a signature line on it for the person who packed the order to sign. This will help with quality control.
UPS shipping label
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box to be shipped.
For orders that will be shipped by UPS, you will need to print a shipping label.
- From the "Order List" page, click the UPS icon to the right of the order number.
- From the Order Detail page, click the "UPS Label" link at the top of the page.
- Choose "PDF" if you are using a regular printer or choose "PDF (4x6)" if using a thermal printer.
- This will open the UPS shipping label in a new tab.
- Print the shipping label and affix it to the outside of the box to be shipped.

NOTE: For compliance tracking, all orders processed through Vinoshipper must be shipped through your Vinoshipper UPS account.
Process multiple orders - batch printing
You can process multiple orders at one time.
On the Order List page, select your different filters to sort by what you would like to print. To print all your current open shipment orders add the filters, Shipment, Open, and Not On-Hold (shown below).
You can add additional filters to target more specific orders say for a specific club.
- To print all UPS shipping orders
Have the filters Shipments, Order Status "Open", and Hold Status "Not On Hold". - To print all local delivery orders
Have the filters "Local Deliveries", Order Status "Open", and Hold Status "Not On Hold". - To print all pickup orders
Have the filters "Local Deliveries", Order Status "Open", and Hold Status "Not On Hold".
NOTE: You can use the Quick Filters feature to apply the above-mentioned commonly used filters.
Once you have selected the proper filters for the labels you would like to print hit "Print Labels".
A window will open confirming your choice. A message will display if you don't have any open orders for the type you selected.
- Select the button to confirm you want to batch process the selected orders.
- Once confirmed, a document will start compiling for all the orders selected.
- Packing slips will be compiled if you're processing pick-up orders or deliveries.
- Shipping labels and packing slips will be compiled if you're processing UPS shipments.
- When the documents are done building, you will be presented with a download button.
- Select the button to download the file, open it, and begin printing.
NOTE: If you are processing over 100 orders per month, you should consider investing in a UPS thermal printer. UPS recommends the Zebra Printers and these models:
- Zebra S4M
- Zebra ZP450 (this is the only printer supported for MacOS)
- Zebra ZT230
- Zebra ZT410
UPS pick up request
- When the order is ready to ship, click the "Request UPS Pick Up" button in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
- Once UPS scans the package(s) in the order, it will be marked as shipped and the customer will be sent a shipping notification and the tracking number.
