Payment statements

Where can I get details of my payments?

An explanation of each line item on the payment statement:

Sale Amount: The net sale proceeds of products sold i.e. after discount
Packaging: Packaging fee collected from the customer. Determined by producer
Shipping: Cost of shipping to be paid by the producer when the full shipping cost is not collected from the customer
Tax: Taxes collected from the customer
Other Fees: Additional contracted services (i.e. CRV, specific county / city fees)
Order Total: Net sale plus tax and fees
Tips: Tip amount collected from the customer, remitted to the producer
Credit Applied: Producer option to add/use credit to customer accounts. Producer’s use of credit
Taxes Adjustment: Total adjustments of taxes collected by Vinoshipper
Fees Adjustment: Total adjustments of fees collected by Vinoshipper
Funds Received
- Cash / External: Total amount of cash or external payments processed in Vinoshipper
- Vinoshipper: Total amount of funds paid to Vinoshipper by customers

Credit Card Fee: Credit card processing fee
Pick Pack Fee: Charge by the warehouse for fulfillment service (if used)
Vinoshipper Fee: Vinoshipper fees charged
Shipping: Cost of shipping to be paid by the producer when the full shipping cost is not collected from the customer
Sales tax: Percentage based tax added to the price of goods / services at the time of purchase; paid by the customer
Excise Tax: Tax on alcoholic beverages based on type, alcohol content or volume paid by the producer
Custom State Tax: Additional tax
State Fees: Additional contracted services (i.e. CRV, specific county / city fees)
Handling Fee / Packing Credit: Corresponding amounts that offset to give Zero. In compliance with Federal requirements
Total: Total Tax or Fees Adjustments by Vinoshipper
Payment/(Charge):Total amount paid to you or charged by Vinoshipper
