You can customize which team members receive specific email notifications from Vinoshipper by configuring your account’s notification settings.


Setting up notifications

  1. Sign in to Vinoshipper.
  2. Go to the Account > Notifications. Each notification type has its own section.
  3. To add an email:
    1. Click + Add Email
    2. Enter the email address
    3. Click Save.
  4. To remove an address, click the red trash can icon.
  5. To disable certain notifications, use the toggle on applicable sections.

    Note: Some notification types cannot be turned off (e.g., Customer Service, New Orders Received and Orders Cancelled).


Notification types explained

Customer ServiceThe primary contact email that will be displayed to customers.

Only one email allowed. Cannot be disabled.

New Orders Received and Orders CancelledReceives emails when non-API orders are placed or cancelled.
Cannot be disabled.
Club UpdatesReceive email notifications when members join a club, update their club profiles. This contact will receive any other club communications.

New API Orders Received and API Orders CancelledReceives emails when API orders are placed or cancelled.


Order ModificationReceives emails when non-API orders are modified.
API Order ModificationReceives emails when API orders are modified.

Product ApprovalsNotified when a product has been approved for sale on Vinoshipper .
Low InventoryNotified when the inventory of a product is below 24 product units.

Payment StatementReceives Vinoshipper payment statements via email.
