Tracking inventory movement
To track inventory movement for Tasting Room pours, samples, spoilage and more you can adjust the inventory of the said product and give the reason for the adjustment. You can then run a Product Inventory Report to see the adjustments that have been made and by which team member.
Adjust the inventory
- Go to Products and select Product List
- Click edit on the inventory field of the product
- Adjust the inventory and select the Reason; i.e. Pours, Samples, Damages, Spoilage and etc.
- Optional: add a note
- Click Save
Product Inventory Report
- Enter a Start Date and End Date for your report
- Download the report
- You can view the Summary tab and Detail tab, to see all relevant information.
